![]() Approximately 1000 to 5000 people are employed by the company working with all their dedication to meet the needs of their customers. The company also has its two subsidiaries The Walla Walla Home Medical and Gases Plus Norco. It is noted as the largest privately held business of its kind. The company settled its headquarters in Boise, Idaho. The inception of the company was led more than seven decades ago in 1948 as the welding supply company. Norco is a medical device and industrial gas supplier company based in the United States. So if you require asst in breathing don't expect it here. It has now been almost a week and 1/2 and still nothing. If you are needed help or supplies I recommend any other place other than Nor co. I am completely disappointed in their service and their customer service. A few days later I tried calling again and got the same guy giving me the same speech. They had brought me one that was faulty and that they needed to bring me one that works. I explained that is not an option either. He said I could bring it in and he would replace it. I explained I wouldn't be ordering it since it was broken and I couldn't use it. He said the next time I ordered bottles they would do it then. I told him I was not comfortable as my eyesight is not what it should be and to please just send me one that doesn't need repairs first. He told me it was probably the o ring and would talk me through trying to redo it. I called back and talk to someone who answered the phone. So I called the office and left a message for the girl I had talked to, it's now been a week and no return call. He left and when I went to turn on a tank for the travel oxygen if it was blowing full blast and would not allow me to adjust it down. I asked the guy about it and was told I needed to talk to the office. So she sent the guy out with 4 oxygen bottles, a regulator, and an oxygen concentrator plus supplies. I told her no I did not have COVID-19 and not to bill my insurance that way. That with a COVID-19 diagnosis she could bill the insurance that way. When she called back she said she had it all worked out. The lady said, although my insurance may not pay for that right away she would work on it. Also, I am not capable of packing around a bottle of oxygen. When I first contacted them I explain I live in an RV, so I have limited space. I hope things improve, but I thought you should hear my concern. I live in the next small town down the road from Walla Walla, so get to Walla Walla erratically. ![]() I have no idea whether the problems were simply at the Walla Walla store, or in your larger system. I'm considering ordering my supplies elsewhere and online. So, my complaint is that your system has not worked very well for me twice in a row. They should arrive in a day or two from Nov 8. I was given a tracking number which I am following. The only order she could find was placed on Nov 1 and the masks were posted on Nov 3. The lady who waited on me could find no record of my mid-Oct order. Today, Nov 8, I dropped in the store and inquired again. I was told the facemasks were "in the mail". I called the store after 2 weeks on Nov 1 and inquired about the order status. ![]() Again I was told they would arrive in a week. In mid-October of this year (3 weeks ago), I dropped into the store again and ordered 3 more face masks. This was nice of them, but still some weeks late. After 3 weeks, I called the store, they apologized and someone dropped off the supplies at my house personally that day. I was told they would arrive at my house by mail in about a week. ![]() In May of this year, I dropped into the store and ordered 3 CPAP face masks. But, my last two experiences have been frustrating and left me short on supplies. I've used the Norco supply store in Walla Walla over several years without issue, and am happy to shop local. I don't find your rating system (red to green) helpful in lodging my complaint below.
